How Do I Reset Continuata Connect if it Freezes?

If Continuata Connect freezes during the download process, you can reset the application by following these steps:

1) Open the application and then press the shift key and hold it down. That will change the Download button to a RESET button.

2) A window should open, allowing you to select the location for the library to install. This should resume the download/installation process and allow it to complete.
