If you are receiving the error message “Invalid serial”, this may be due to the serial number being typed in incorrectly. Ensure that all characters of the serial number are typed in correctly. If you are still receiving the error message after inputting the serial correctly you may have to quite Native Access and delete the following files related to your OS:
Mac OS, delete the following:
Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center > NativeAccess.xml
Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center > [LIBRARY NAME].xml
Macintosh HD > Library > Preferences > com.native-instruments.[LIBRARY NAME].plist
Windows, delete the following:
C:Program Files > Common Files > Native Instruments > Service Center > NativeAccess.xml
C:Program Files > Common Files > Native Instruments > Service Center > [LIBRARY NAME].xml
C:Program Files > Native Instruments > Service Center > NativeAccess.xml
C:Program Files > Native Instruments > Service Center > [LIBRARY NAME].xml
After deleting these files, restart Native Access and add the serial again.
