To update a product, please follow the steps below:
1) Open Native Access and click the Updates tab on the left.
2) Locate the product you want to update and click ‘update‘ on the right to begin the download.
Once the update has been downloaded, you can close Native Access and use the updated version of your product.
Why does my product show no update available?
Sometimes we release a product update that requires a “Product Reinstall”. This occurs when our content update material exceeds the Native Instruments update threshold. In this case, you will need to reinstall your library to get access to the latest update.
