To reinstall a product, please follow the steps below: 1) Open Native Access, select Preferences on the bottom left-hand side and ensure that the locations in File Management are set to the correct paths on your hard drive. 2) Next, go to Library > Installed and find the product you wish to re-download. 3) Click the three dots on the product and then click Reinstall.
