If you wish to request a refund of a product within 14 days since your purchase, please get in touch by submitting a ticket.
If you have purchased the same product more than once, we can also refund the order, provided you have not downloaded or activated both products.
Due to the nature of our products, being digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once an download or activation has been made
