Can I Get a Refund?

If you have purchased one of our products by mistake and have not downloaded it, please get in touch by emailing support@audioimperia.com and we can refund the order as long as it is within 14 days since your purchase.

If you have purchased the same product more than once, we can also refund the order.

Due to the nature of our products, being digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds once a download has been made.
