Why does my new product say ‘locate’ in Native Access

After you enter your serial number inside Native Access, you product should be ready to download and install. If your navigate to your new product and see the ‘locate’ button, this means you don’t have the most up to date

Why is my product update not showing up in Native Access?

Whenever a product update is available, it will show up in Native Access. If you believe that there is a product update that isn’t showing up on your account, please make sure you have the most up to date version
