All orders made before November 2023 sadly will not show in the “My Libraries” section of your account, but they will show in your ‘Orders’ section.
Don’t worry, all eligible crossgrades will automatically apply to your previous products, even if they don’t show in the ‘My Libraries’ section.
Invoices are provided in every product purchase email, and can also be found in the ‘Orders’ section of your account.
When you purchase a product on our store, you will be sent an order confirmation email. This email will contain information about your order, as well as a key used to download your product from Native Access.
This key will remain in this email, but will also be available for you within the ‘My Libraries’ section of your account for you to reference.
Products purchased on our web-store before November 2023 will not show within the My Libraries tab. These keys will be available in your original purchase email, but can be requested from our team whenever you require them.
All products that have been downloaded through Native Access will be attached to your Native Instruments account, and serial numbers can be referenced from there.
At Audio Imperia, we offer a crossgrade discount between lite and full ediiton products across our Lite Edition product suite. This includes:
Each Lite Edition purchase entitles you to the purchase price discount on the full version of the product, that will be automatically deducted from the full version of the product on our Website. Please ensure you are logged in to see the most accurate pricing.
We do indeed offer a 20% EDU discount for students and teachers. To apply for the discount please head to our EDU page here. Please note that EDU discounts cannot be combined with other discounts which includes pre-sale and introductory pricing for new releases. The EDU license shares the same terms with a regular license and are not restricting in any way.
Kontakt is a sample playback engine created by Native Instruments. Sample library developers such as Audio Imperia, develop sample libraries that run inside of this engine. Once you have installed Kontakt and the relevant library, you will see your product in Kontakt.
Native Access is Native Instruments’ app for downloading, installing and activating Kontakt based instruments. You can use Native Access to install any of your Audio Imperia libraries or Kontakt.
You can download Native Access from Native Instruments’ site here.
If you require a re-download of your product, you will be able to access them from Native Access. Just make sure you sign in to the same account you activated the product on.
If your serial number or product is not found in Native Access, the please see Where do I find the serial number for my order?
In order to download and install your new product, you must first download our product management plugin, Native Access. This is created by Native Instruments, the owners of Kontakt, so make sure you have created an account on the Native Instruments site before continuing to download.
Once Native Access is installed, please login. You will see a panel labeled ‘Add Serial’.
In your product purchase email from Audio Imperia, you will have received a Serial Key in the following format:
XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
Please copy this serial number into Native Access and click ‘Add Serial’. You have now activated your product.
With this step complete, navigate to your library within Native Access, and you will see your new product. Click the button to begin downloading your product. This product will download to your selected ‘Content Location’, chosen in your Native Access settings.
Once the product has been downloaded and installed, you will be able to load up your Kontakt player and use the product.

After you enter your serial number inside Native Access, you product should be ready to download and install.
If your navigate to your new product and see the ‘locate’ button, this means you don’t have the most up to date version of Native Access required to install the product.
Please check that you meet the system requirements to download a product before purchase. These can be found in the ‘Key Features’ section of any product page.
Whenever a product update is available, it will show up in Native Access.
If you believe that there is a product update that isn’t showing up on your account, please make sure you have the most up to date version of Native Access installed.
Sadly we are unable to provide trial period for any of our products.
